As of 03/24/2022 The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. ll questions pertaining to the contract documents should be directed to the office of the ENGINEER. The Work generally consists of furnishing a design and all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to the construction of a 60' x 100' pole building on the property of Rush Township. The work is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner The project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements. Bids may be held by the OWNER for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. Rush Township reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS or portions thereof and to accept any BIDS, which in its judgment is for the best interest of the Township.
