A certified check or bank draft, payable to Housing Authority of the County of Huntingdon, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an assurance of completion in the form of payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price; a cash escrow in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the Contract Price; or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of Twenty-five percent (25%) of the Contract Price. The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity requirements for Federally assisted construction contracts. HACH reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding B. General Construction: 1. All sinks, faucets and required plumbing to provide a fully functioning sink b. Items as indicated within the construction drawings D. Electrical Construction 1. The work includes the removal and replacement of all electrical items as they relate to the new kitchens at Chestnut Terrace including, but not limited to the following items: a. Lighting b.
