Site work for a mixed-use development in Mount Union, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to Housing Authority of the County of Huntingdon, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The surety must be a Guarantee or Surety Company acceptable to the U.S. Government as published in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570 and must be licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an assurance of completion in the form of payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price; a cash escrow in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the Contract Price; or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of Twenty-five percent (25%) of the Contract Price. HACH reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids with the written consent of HACH. Question Deadline 09/03/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening.
