Bids from bidders whose names do not appear on the list of bidders who ordered the tender documents may be declared invalid. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. Bidders who wish to conduct a tender site visit must submit request to bidder contact no later than 72 hours prior including the name address and vaccination status to Bidder contact, failure to do so will result in site visit not being approved. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $211,500.00 The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 29, 2022 and that the Work must reach Completion no later than September 30, 2022. Note: Work is to commence on first day of April 2022. There are no Security requirements for this procurement. As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 - Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
