Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Comox, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The CVRD invites Tenders for the Comox Valley Sewer System Conveyance Project (DBB), located in the Town of Comox, BC. The work is divided into seven Packages, which form a single tender, but are presented in different design drawing sets. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to: 4.0 km of 914mm HDPE sanitary forcemain and appurtenances Two separate lines of 4.0 km of fibre optic microduct at different depths 2.6 km of gravity sewers, 150-525mm diameter, plus manholes and catchbasins 240 m of watermain, 100-200mm diameter Two roundabouts including curbing and islands, plus a further 2.5 km of curb elsewhere 32 streetlights and two signalized pedestrian crossings, plus conduit and junction boxes 42,200 sq.m asphalt paving and other associated surface reinstatement such as sidewalks, driveways, boulevards, line painting, signage, and creek embankment restoration Documents can be obtained from https://comoxvalleyrd.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline 10/12/2023 at 2:00 PM PT
