Renovation of a military facility in Comox, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete the replacement of B124 and B126 Roof systems and minor paint work on B124. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 210 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
