Renovation of an educational facility in Comox, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Seeking a qualified General Contractor to replace the main service entrance and array of fused disconnects with a new integrated unit. The work associated with this project must be Substantially Completed on or before August 24th, 2022. All questions or inquirers concerning this tender shall be in writing via email, addressed to below, and must be received by Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender must accompany each submission. Bids submitted after the closing period will be deemed irrevocable and will remain unchanged for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the closing date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
