Planning Services Related to Housing Action Plan Implementation Grant The City of Arlington is initiating a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to conduct analyses for Existing Conditions, Demographic Profiles, Buildable Lands Capacity Analysis, and Market Research to provide baseline information in anticipation of developing a Subarea Plan with a Planned Action EIS for Smokey Point Blvd., a commercial corridor. This RFP is only open to those qualified firms and individuals who satisfy the requirements stated herein and who are licensed and available to do business in Washington State. The successful firm will provide the City with a comprehensive study focusing on Smokey Point Blvd. and the adjacent neighborhoods, while fulfilling the requirements of the Department of Commerce, Housing Action Plan Implementation (HAPI) Grant. Contract Term Approximately May 18, 2022-July 15, 2023 Budget Funding for this contract shall be through the Washington State Department of Commerce, Housing Action Plan Implementation (HAPI) Grant. Responses to this RFP should include a specific program budget. Anticipated funds available are not to exceed $100,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
