Services of drag line/excavating materials from the existing lake at the 124 Pit in Chippewa County. Estimated quantity will be approximately 110,000 Cubic Yards of material to be crushed by Chippewa County at a later date. Excavation depth will be dependent on quality of removed materials per inspection and consultation with county staff. Equipment size, including bucket capacity 3. Estimated hourly quantity of excavated materials stockpiled 4. Mobilization/Demobilization or setup fees (if any) The Chippewa County Highway Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or waive any portion of any bid, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids or accept any bid or bids which, in the opinion of the Highway Department, will serve the County's best interest. No quotation may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date set for the opening thereof, without the consent of the Highway Department.
