CSS-lb Emulsified Asphalt. -2,280 Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) -60 Ton Portland Cement Type 1 or Type II -2,280 Prime Coat Bituminous -70 ton 9.5 HMA Scratch / leveling course. -1,260 ton 9.5mm Hot Mix wearing course compacted 1.5 -Mobilization All proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. West Hempfield Township reserves the right to reject all bids.
