The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, incidentals and materials, as necessary, to provide tree services for the care, maintenance and/or removal whether complete or partial, of any City of Charlottesville street tree, public tree or park tree; as directed by the City's Contractor Administrators (or designee). Services shall be provided as per current ANSI A-300, ANSI Z133.1 standards, and all Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Administration (VOSHA) requirements. Task Orders that the City places against any term contract resulting from this solicitation could vary in needs and quantity. Any resulting contract will not guarantee any volume of business to a Contractor awarded a contract as a result of this solicitation, but will provide the City with a method to obtain services on an as needed basis. For one year beginning date of ratified contract with the option to renew for up to nine (9) additional one year terms if agreed upon in writing by both parties.
