Consideration with possible award will take place on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 7:00 PM for the following: Asphalt & Aggregate Materials -100 Tons Super Pave Scratch & Leveling Course, 9.5mm -100 Tons Super Pave Wearing, 9.5mm -100 Tons Super Pave Wearing, 19mm -200 Tons Super Pave Wearing, 25mm -250 Tons PA-2A Subbase -100 Tons AASHTO No. 3 -100 Tons AASHTO No. 57 -50 Tons AASHTO No. 8 -50 Tons AASHTO No. 1 -50 Tons R-6 (Rock) Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the bid in the best interest of the Township. Bid proposal forms may be picked up at the East Donegal Township Building located at the above mentioned address.
