Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in South Padre Island, Texas. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of June 30, 2022, a design engineer has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Experienced firms to provide engineering services to design blueprints for the construction of 18 individual bus shelters. The selected consultant will need to provide surveying, engineering, and design services for the construction/installation of these shelters. The designs will include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulation access and windstorm certification. All inquiries regarding the RFQ should be directed to Jesse Arriaga at (956) 761-8175 or via email at JArriaga@myspi.org. Sealed SOQs must be marked with the RFQ number (2022-TD01), the title (Engineering Service for Bus Shelter Project), and addressed to the City of South Padre Island-City Secretary. The City of South Padre Island reserves the right to reject any or all responses. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
