Mt. Hood Communit y College (MHCC) F ac ilities Depa rtment is requesting bids from Oregon State licensed, bonded, and experienced contractors to provide on call power/pressure washing services. The purpose of this request is select two contractors, a primary, to be called out first; and an alternate, in the event the primary is unavailable. Services will be requested on an "as needed" basis. The term of the agreement, resulting from this request, is 2 years initially. The contract may be renewed up to 2 consecutive one year periods. MHCC expects the contractor to honor the pricing and terms of the agreement, resulting from this request, during the full contract term. If pricing adjustments become necessary at any time during the contract term, both parties must agree in writing. The agreement, resulting from thisrequest, does not require the contractor to accept a particular project to accomplish for the college, and does not require the college to accept the proposal for a particular project from the contractor. The Award will be made to the bidders providing the best value based upon price, experience and references. MHCC reserves the right to determine the most responsible bidder. Bid prices and referencesshall be delineated on the attached spreadsheets. Bids NOT submitted on the attached sheet provided WILL BE REJECTED.
