Construct new roadway on Mid Valley Road from Eagle Mountain Boulevard to Sheps Ridge Road, including asphalt pavement, roadside ditch grading, topsoil/reseeding and 663 LF of 24- inch RCP culvert with (14) flared end sections and (2) plugs. Construct right turn deceleration and acceleration lanes and a left turn lane on Eagle Mountain Boulevard at the new intersection, including asphalt removal, asphalt pavement, shoulder gravel and topsoil/reseeding. Provide and install striping and signage after obliterating necessary striping on Eagle Mountain Boulevard and Mid Valley Road.
