Request for Proposals The County of Roanoke, Virginia is requesting sealed proposals for the following: A&E Services for Parks, Recreation, & Tourism Office & Shop Buildings Roanoke County solicits participation from minority-owned businesses. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is the procurement of professional Architectural and Engineering services for new Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Office and Shop Buildings consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth. Final scope of services will be negotiated with the successful Offeror. All questions must be submitted in writing before 5:00 p.m. on March 31, 2022.
