This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish an ongoing contract for repairs and materials for the HVAC system at 1200 18th Street E, Hastings, MN 55033. The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) anticipates a large number of repairs this spring, which may include, but not limited to, repairing glycol leaks, repairing and replacing fan coil units, and insulating HVAC lines as needed. After the spring of 2022, the contract will be used as needed for other HVAC repairs that arise. Questions. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than March 28, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
