The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District (USACE) is planning a 2022/2023 construction project at the USACE Lock and Dam #2, Hastings Resident Engineering Office, 1350 Lock and Dam Rd., Hastings, Minnesota. The USACE requires a Contractor to renovate a 1,400 SF office space. This renovation will require the Contractor to provide a completed design prior to construction. The general description of the construction project is modification of the existing floor plan, removal and replacement of existing widows, flooring, ceiling tiles, office lighting, fire detection and alarm system, construction of walls, remodeling an existing single bathroom into two (2) bathrooms, and painting.
