**As of May 10, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 1, 2022.** Removal of the Existing Concrete Step, Landing and the Installation of a New Landing with a Ramp and Walkway. See Attached Drawing Provided by District. 1) Provide temporary fencing around the work area with privacy screen for the duration of the project. 2) Remove the existing concrete step. Dispose of all debris off site. 3) Remove sections of grass. Dispose of all debris off site. 4) Remove up to four inches of dirt where the walkway will be placed and spread the dirt in all the low areas of the existing planters. 5) Remove any sprinkler heads and cap off water lines. 6) Grade and compact the existing dirt as needed. 7) Place all necessary wood forms then install #4 rebar placed sixteen inches (16'inch) on center in each direction. 8) Drill holes into the existing foundation of the building then install #4 rebar dowel pins to tie the new landing with the building. 9) Place new 3000 PSI pea gravel pump mix concrete then install score lines approximately six feet apart with a broom finish. 10) Strip forms, backfill all edges with salvaged dirt, and grade the edges as needed. 450.00 11) Remove fencing and perform final cleaning. 12) Provide and install a one-and-half inch square galvanized pole approximately six feet high off the finish floor then set in concrete. Site Visit/Job Walk. A MANDATORY visit to the project site is is scheduled for March 25, 2022. There will be a job walk at three sites (3), Barton ES, Riley ES, and Burcham ES. No more than one (1) person per firm will be allowed to attend due to current restrictions. All current health & safety protocols shall be followed. Only groups of ten (10) bidders at a time will be allowed to walk the project. Bidders shall not visit the project site without an authorized District Representative present. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the removal of the existing concrete step, landing and the installation of a new landing with a ramp and walkway.
