Awarded to G&B Construction for $1,218,522.46 Plumstead Pedestrian Improvements Project & Signal Modernization at Easton Road (SR 0611) & Plumstead Square Shopping Center All prime contractors and sub-contractors must be PennDOT prequalified to perform the work. Sealed bids, for the above referenced project Bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price is required. A Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to the contract price will be required from the successful low bidder after the contract is awarded. Plumstead Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
