As of August 2, 2024 project was awarded to Armour & Sons Electric, but awarded amount is not available. For the following projects and materials: 1. Traffic Signal Upgrade The successful bidder is required to pay fees established by online . Bids must be made on forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by the non-collusion and workmen's compensation affidavits, and a bid bond, issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to the Township. Bidders must be prequalified by as contractors (if specified in the bid documents). This project is subject to the regulations of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act 442) as amended. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory insurance, Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds (if specified in the bid documents) with a corporate surety approved by the Township. Award of contract, if a contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
