Bidders must be prequalified by PennDOT as contractors (if specified in the bid documents). FB Modified Paving - Old Easton Road and Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course: Prospective bidders must meet with the Director of Public Works by calling 215-766-0189 prior to submitting a bid.
