Site work for a water / sewer project in Plumsteadville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to construct a water main extension to the Plumstead Township Building and water services from the water main extension as described elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or shown on the Drawings. Estimated Contract Value: 1,200,000 Question Deadline 06/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET location : online portal. Plumstead Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality in the bids or to make an award to such Bidder who, in the judgement of the Township, makes the most advantageous bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, and weekly certified payrolls will be required attesting to this.
