Bituminous Seal Coat: Prospective bidders must make arrangements to meet with the Director of Public Works by calling 215-766-0189 prior to submitting a bid. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who did not meet with the Director in person to discuss the project. The Traffic Signal Upgrade project is subject to the regulations of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act 442) as amended. Award of contract, if a contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
