Renovation of an educational facility in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The Project consists of the HVAC Renovations of the Northwood Technical College Superior Campus - Classroom 134 as indicated on the drawings and specified herein. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5%. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. If stipulated in the Bidding Documents, the Bidder shall furnish bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder.
