Renovation of a water / sewer project in Athens, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
EPV: $7,000-10K The work shall include, but may not be limited to, the following items: 1. Clamp on meter with all required accessories for mounting and installation as per the minimum specifications listed below. 2. All hours and materials required for installation must be included in quote. 3. Remote display capable of showing flow in GPM and a running totalizer to be installed by selected vendor in operations control room. There is an existing meter/chart recorder already in place; the new remote display will replace this. 4. Expected flow range will be from 0 - 1500 GPM Acceptance inspection should not take more than five working days. The vendor will be notified within this time frame if the service provided is not in full compliance with the project scope. If any service is canceled for non-acceptance, the needed equipment or service may be purchased elsewhere and the vendor may be charged full increase, if any, in cost and handling. The City may choose not to award an Agreement. Split awards between Vendors may be made at the sole discretion of the City. The City reserves the right to enter into an agreement or a purchase order with a single award, split awards, or use any combination that best serves the interest and at the sole discretion of the City.
