Portions of this project will be funded with the Federal Land & Water Conservation (LAWCON) Grant. The Village of Marathon City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Veteran's Park Advanced Grading - to include: stripping and stockpiling topsoil, common excavation, rock excavation, clearing and grubbing, temporary access road construction, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
