Site work for a water / sewer project in Key Colony Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Constructing 1 gravity injection well, precast stormwater inlets, piping, inline drains, and existing drainage structure modifications with incidental restoration necessary for a complete and functional system. Budget: $470,000 Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City Hall, City of Key Colony Beach, 600 West Ocean Drive, Key Colony Beach, Florida 33051, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified the Bidder shall be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board. In addition, the Bidder shall have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of 3 projects of a similar nature within the past 5 years each having a minimum contract value of $300,000 with at least one project having a contract value in excess of $500,000.
