The Scope of Work consists of: Servicing on a scheduled and emergency as-needed basis, the various fire protection systems, and equipment for the following City of Fernley properties: City Hall-595 Silver Lace Blvd, Public Works Shop-355 Cottonwood Lane, Out-of-Town Park-Farm District Road Water Treatment Facility-1315 Mesa Drive, Fernley Lassen Train Depot 675 E. Main Street Proposals will be accepted on a per inspection fee and base material costs. Proposals shall also include any miscellaneous charges such as minimal hourly charges. The bids shall be reviewed and selected based on the total annual cost. Proposals must be submitted on the City of Fernley Bid Table. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statues. A Statement of Qualifications shall be included with the bid packages. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
