Project consists of point repairs of damaged areas, milling of existing asphalt surfaces, and asphalt overlay along all portions of Bailey Ridge Lane and Bailey Ridge Cove, adjustment to existing drainage and sewer manhole covers, adjustment of existing water valve boxes, and miscellaneous construction items in the Rossville Bailey Ridge Subdivision. In addition, work will include point repairs of damaged areas along portions of Saunders Creek Drive and Saunders Creek Circle, and all portions of Oak Run Lane, Shady Lane, and Oak Run Circle. Each bid shall be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the words "BID FOR" followed by the project title, the Owner's name and address and bidder's name shown on the outside of the envelope. The sealed bid shall be delivered to the Rossville Town Hall, 360 Morrison Road, Rossville, TN 38066 and shall be and immediately thereafter will be opened and publicly read. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated.
