Construction of Project No. 2512 will in general consist of installation of various green infrastructure and storm drain trash capture improvements, parking lot repaving, landscaping, and concrete work, at and near Hillcrest Community Park. Specific scope of work includes but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, water pollution control, bioretention areas, planting, irrigation main replacement, mechanical pumps, installation of precast concrete manholes and structures, underground trash capture devices and structures, storm drain pipe, electrical lighting installation, placement of hot mix asphalt, new concrete pathways, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, striping improvements to parking lots. All work, including mobilization and punchlist items, are to be completed in one hundred (100) working days No proposal will be accepted from or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears; or is in default to the CITY upon any debt or contract; or that is a defaulter, as surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the CITY; or has failed to faithfully perform any previous contract with the CITY.
