- Remove and dispose of Existing Decking Under and Around Freight Shelter. - Re-Level Sub-Structure to ensure new Decking is flush with Concrete Pier. - Replace Decking with Sienna Brown Pressure Treated Lumber matching the dimensions of the existing material. - Fasteners to be used shall be properly sized Engineered GRK Screws approved by the Facilities Maintenance Foreman. - It will be the Bidder's Sole Responsibility to determine if the Sub-structure needs Modifications and or repairs to Accommodate the New Decking. - All necessary Permits and Engineering, if necessary, to be the Responsibility of the Contractor.
