Proposed improvements include ACP Saw-cut, Roadway excavation, Planning Bituminous Pavement, HMA Pavement Repair, HMA Overlay, Project Temporary Traffic Control, Paint Stripe, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. This project is being funded with local Town funds and Washington State Transportation Improvement Board (T.I.B.) funds. The total Engineers estimate for this project is approximately $170,000. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond and payment bond both in an amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of Lyman. All bidders and subcontractors shall have a contractors license to work in the State of Washington. Plans and Specifications will be available on April 7, 2022.
