Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Concord, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done in general consists of mobilization, traffic control, dewatering, temporary water diversion, clearing and grubbing, tree removal and trimming, demolition and removal, storm water pump stations, wet well structures, diversion structures, junction chambers, storm water trash capture units, underground storm water detention system, bioretention basins, storm drain pipes, storm drain manholes, drainage inlets, curbs, curb and gutter, curb ramps, valley gutters, sidewalks, paving, signing, striping and markings, storm water pumps, controls and valves, planting, irrigation system , electrical system and lighting, and all other work as specified in these Special Provisions and shown in the Drawings. The deadline for submitting questions about this project is 12:00 PM on April 26, 2022. All Bids Shall Be Presented Under Sealed Cover and Shall Be Accompanied by Cash, Cashier's or Certified Check or a Bidder's Bond Executed by a Corporate Surety Insurer. The Bidder's Guarantee Shall Be in an Amount Equal to at Least Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid and Made Payable to the City of Concord.
