The check will be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall, execute the contract in conformity with the contract documents if it is awarded to him and shall provide a performance and payment bond as specified therein within ten calendar days after notification of the award of contract to the bidder The City of Edmonds reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
