2022 SLSSD Electric Generator Improvements All responsive bids will be considered at the Board meeting to be held on May 12, 2022, at 7:00 PM. The Board will issue a Notice of Award to the selected lowest responsible bidder the week of May 16, 2022. The project consists of the following general construction items: o Removal of four (4) existing electric generators and appurtenances at the District's four sanitary sewer lift station locations (Crosby, Cuyuna, Deerwood and Ironton). o Installation of four (4) new electric generators and appurtenances provided by Owner at said locations and in accordance with all associated work as described in the bidding documents provided by the District to interested bidders. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond payable to Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will enter into a contract with the District for the work described in the proposal. This deposit will be subject to forfeiture as provided by law.
