Saving Project...

Renovation of a transportation facility in Fishers Island, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

It is understood that except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the vendor (contractor) shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment and transportation of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time. Permits and licenses necessary for the execution of work shall be secured by the vendor. All supplies and material shall be new. Any work necessary to be performed after regular working hours, such as work performed on Sundays or legal holidays shall be performed without additional expense to the Ferry District. The Project consists of the painting the Airport Building. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum. A pre bid conference will not be held. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents shall be forwarded direct to Geb Cook/ Manager Fishers Island Ferry District by email gcook@fiferry.com by May 4, 2022. This is a Public Works Project. Contractors must have a New York State General Contractors License.
