FY 26-27: $350,000 - Trail connection between Pavilion and the Auxiliary Parking Lot FY 28-29: $300,000 - Rental Livery for kayaks, tandem, recumbent, adult tri bikes and surreys. Water retention, restoration of trees cut during the project and beautification of the parking and front entrances, and steps to provide access and safety for restroom/pavilion access from the north trail. The amphitheater would be used for mid-level concert performers and movies in the park in a grass lawn seating area. The rental livery would increase revenue through boat and bike rentals for those with specific physical needs. This project is in included in the City of Portage FY 2024-2030 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
