FY 24-25: $205,700 South Westnedge Park Lower Parking Lot asphalt overlay FY 25-26: $222,200 Portage Creek Bicentennial Park - Schrier Park Parking Lot asphalt overlay FY 26-27: $161,700 Trail Head, Oakland Drive Park, Harbors West Park, West Lake Nature Preserve parking lot asphalt overlay FY 28-29: $84,700 Westfield Park - East and West Parking Lot asphalt overlay FY 29-30: $85,000 Celery Flats auxiliary Parking Lot asphalt overlay. This project is in included in the City of Portage's 2024-2030 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of May 13, 2025, this project is funded annually and is expected to be completed through in-house or through an annual service contract. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
