Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Portage, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

FY 2022-2023: Painting of the Central Park band shell and the three shelters at Liberty Park. Lexington Green Park - remodel restrooms and removal/replacement of picnic shelter. FY 2023-2024: Lakeview Park - removal/replacement of two picnic shelters. FY 2024-2025: Central Park - remodeling restrooms and upgrades to picnic shelter. FY 2025-2026: Westfield Park - remodel restrooms and removal/replacement of picnic shelter. Project Justification/need: Major remodeling is required at these structures to PROJECT BENEFIT/IMPACT: replace roofs, doors, partitions, interior fixtures, repaint and replace deteriorated walks and steps. As of May 4, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2022-2028 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
