This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. This project is funded by the Coos Bay Urban Renewal Agency. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. No Bidder may withdraw their bid until thirty (30) days after the bid opening
