Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Fruit Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will be paid for and managed by Fruit Heights City. Davis County and Weber Basin Water Conservancy District may be participating, and for accounting reasons they have their own portions in the Section A bid schedule. The Projects consist of three separate locations within the City that will require the following: Removal of existing asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, replacing existing culinary water lines, replacing fire hydrants and water services, installing new storm drain and secondary water systems, installing new curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, landscape repair, removing streetlights and installing new city standard street lights, new asphalt pavement, and new collars for manholes and valves. Bids will be received for a single prime contract for all sections. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
