For mechanical and electrical upgrades related to the heating system upgrades at the Town of Edson Civic Centre in Edson, Alberta. Included will be the following general scope of work: .1 Replace the heating boiler including new secondary heating-water pumps. Heating water boiler to have integral outdoor reset controls system. Heating water boiler replacement includes reconfiguration of heating piping. .2 Provide new direct-digital-controls to control the existing perimeter heating systems and equipment. Upgrade to include replacement of isolation valves and balancing valves. .3 Full heating system flush and fill including chemical treatment.
