**As of July 21, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Requests for clarification are due Thursday, June 2, 2022 3:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. For 2022 Street Improvements Project Furnish materials and install approximately 10,405 SY of roadway milling, 10,405 1.5" of Superpave wearing course overlay, and miscellaneous items on various streets located in the Borough of Leesport. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening. A Performance Bond or Letter of Credit in the amount of 100% of the contract amount must be provided by the successful bidder. Bidders shall note that PA Wages will be required and bidders shall be PennDOT prequalified for paving. Borough of Leesport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof and to waive any informalities in the bidding and award the contract in the best interest of the Borough
