Renovation of a residential development in Vincent, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of Vincent (HAV) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or independent contractors to provide Roof Replacement. The responsibility for submitting a response to this RFP at the CHA on or before the stated time and date will be solely and strictly the responsibility of the respondent. The offeror shall wholly absorb all costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of the proposal. SCOPE OF SERVICES It is the intent of this RFP is to establish a term contract, with a vendor for the Roof Replacement at John Sparkman-Vincent for labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide Roofing replacements. All work is to be performed according to industry standards, according to the materialmanufacturers' recommendations and to the satisfaction of HAV. The Contractor will perform Roofing replacements at 50 John Sparkman Court, Vincent, Alabama 35178, building # 2,4 and 6.
