Site work and paving for a civil project in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project involves the installation of owner-supplied poles, arms and signal infrastructure at the intersection of Grove Avenue, Hampton Road and Church Avenue in Rothesay. Successful bidder will be responsible for installation/conduit, wiring, controller pedestal, backfilling and asphalt restoration as per the tender drawings and specifications. Start date for the project is dependent upon the delivery of poles, arms, signal heads and controller cabinet which are currently on order. The expected completion date is October 28, 2022 assuming a reasonable delivery time for the owner-supplied material. Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8 til noon and 1 til 430. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments. A bid bond in favour of "Rothesay" in the amount of 10% of the total tender price or in the form of a certified cheque shall accompany each tender. bid value not released for publication.
