All labor, materials and equipment as required and necessary to provide and install pre-manufactured metal building. Provide engineered plans, specifications, calculations, details, etc. for submittal to the County of Kern, and/or the City of Bakersfield, and/or the City of Arvin. Provide the District's Architect of Record design criteria for the design of foundation by the Architect of Record and its Consulting Engineers. Contractor shall assist the District, the District's Architect of Record and the consulting Engineers to obtain County of Kern Building Permit and/or the City of Bakersfield, and/or the City of Arvin, and provide any and all calculations, detail plans and specifications as required and/or requested by the County of Kern, City of Bakersfield, City of Arvin, and/or Architect of Record. Contractor shall provide all required design information plans, calculations, details, etc. within 45 days of award to the District and to the Architect of Record for review, coordination with Architectural Plans, Structural Engineering and Specifications, and subsequent submittal to the County of Kern. Contractor shall complete fabrication, delivery and installation within 180 days from date of County of Kern approval.
