Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ringle, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Town of Ringle, Marathon County, that it will receive bids for the seal coating of various streets In general, the work shall include seal coating, with 3/8-inch fractured rock, approximately 1.4 miles of River Road. Also, the work shall include fine grading existing rotten granite streets, Brushwood Dr. (650 ft) and Ranch Road (585 ft), then double chip seal the streets. The approximate units of the major work items are as follows: River Road: 1) 18,000 sq yds seal coat Brushwood Dr: 1) Fine grade 6.5 stations 2) 1,600 sq yds double chip seal Ranch Road 1) Fine Grade 5.9 stations 2) 1,300 sq yds double chip seal No bids shall be considered unless submitted on the official Proposal form. The Town of Ringle reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 21 days after the actual time of opening the bids. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, together with an executed Agreement in the form prescribed by the Town, will be required of the successful bidder
