CITY OF BUCKLEY SMALL WORKS PROJECT 2022 MULTI-USE SPORT COURT PROJECT ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $190,000 The City of Buckley is releasing a Small Works Project. As a Contractor on the MSRC Small Works Roster Site Improvement, Repair, and Maintenance category, you are invited to submit a bid on this Project. For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the 2022 Multi-Use Sport Court Project. This Contract provides for installation of an asphalt multi-use court with acrylic surfacing (center court logo and striping) and associated basketball goals; chain link fencing; trenching, conduit and street light tubes for court lighting (light poles and wiring by PSE); concrete mow strip; installation of City-provided sand set concrete pavers; and associated earthwork and landscape restoration (seeding) at Rainier Gateway Park. All work will be done in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be physically complete within 70 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction are to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Washington. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents.Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to online and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Small Public Works Roster", and "City of Buckley". This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool. It is recommended that Bidders Register in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project.
