Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond. The Contractor shall possess a Class A or C-12 license at the time that this contract is awarded. The Department of Public Works hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin in consideration for an award.
